HIGHLIGHTS
Commack 8, Connetquot 5: Madison Johnston went 2-for-4 and hit a three-run home run in the bottom of the third inning to lead No. 1 Commack over No. 5 Connetquot in the Suffolk Class AAA softball playoffs. Amanda Sackstein went 3-for-4 with two doubles and two RBIs and Kate Schweitzer had 10 strikeouts and allowed seven hits. Addison Devery went 3-for-4 for Connetquot (14-7). Commack (20-0) will host the winner of No. 3 Riverhead/No. 10 Central Islip at 4 p.m. on Wednesday.
