Connetquot 18, Patchogue-Medford 5: Addison Devery hit two home runs to lead No. 5 Connetquot past No. 4 Patchogue-Medford in the second round of the Suffolk Class AAA playoffs. Julianna Daina went 3-for-5 with three runs scored in the win, while Lauren Thomasson contributed two hits, two RBIs and two runs scored. Madison Nani scored two runs and Charlotte Savage scored one and drove in another from the bottom of Connetquot's (14-6) lineup. For Pat-Med (15-6), Cailyn Rose-Freaney went 3-for-4 and Sophia Randazzo finished 2-for-3. Connetquot will visit No. 1 Commack on Saturday at noon, while Pat-Med will host No. 11 Smithtown East on Friday at 4 p.m. for an elimination game.
