MacArthur 7, Calhoun 4: Angela Pellegrino cleared the bases with a single to cap off a five-run seventh inning in No. 4 MacArthur's win over No. 1 Calhoun in game 1 of the Nassau Class AA semifinals. Hailey Trapani tripled to drive in Savannah Brennan in the seventh inning and Alex Livanos singled with two outs to tie the game at 4-4. MacArthur trailed 4-2 heading into the seventh. Pellegrino, Livanos and Ayla Ramic each went 2-for-4. MacArthur (7-13) will host Calhoun (10-9) at 5 p.m. Monday for Game 2.
