Sayville 12, Mt. Sinai 11: Kate Meyer hit a walk-off RBI single to lead No. 4 Sayville past No. 5 Mt. Sinai in the opening round of the Suffolk Class A playoffs. Sayville (15-6) trailed 9-1 entering the bottom of the fifth before rallying to win it. Meyer, Delilah Cummings and Rianna Krempa all had three RBIs. Meyer went 2-for-4 with two doubles, Krempa went 3-for-5 with a double and three runs scored. Cummings went 2-for-5. Sayville will now face No. 1 Bayport-Blue Point on Thursday at 4 p.m.
