East Islip 3, Huntington 2: Megan Munn's RBI single plated eighth grade leftfielder Jessica Selle with the winning run in East Islip's (3-1) walk-off win in League III. Selle led off with a double in the bottom of the seventh and was sacrificed to third by Heather Zenk. Munn delivered in the next at-bat and previously tied the score at two with an RBI triple in the bottom of the fifth. Munn finished 2-for-4. Selle's solo homer in the fifth trimmed Huntington's (2-2) lead to 2-1. Eighth-grader Cierra Colon picked up her first varsity win by pitching three shutout innings in relief without allowing any runs, while giving up one hit, with two strikeouts and no walks.
