Clarke 9, Wantagh 1: Michelle Diaz hit two home runs and finished with five RBIs to lead No. 2 Clarke over No. 6 Wantagh in a series-clinching Game Two of the Nassau Class A semifinals. Amanda Chavarria hit a leadoff home run in the bottom of the first and Olivia Wanser went 3-for-4 with a home run. Maddy Millman went 3-for-4 and scored three runs and Emily Brown struck out nine to earn the win. Clarke (14-8) will face No. 1 MacArthur in Game One of the final series at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday at Mitchel Field. Wantagh finished 14-8.
