MacArthur 5, Mepham 4: Katie Fitzsimmons delivered a two-out RBI double to score Jena Cozza with the winning run in the top of the ninth for No. 2 MacArthur (13-8) in its Nassau Class AA semifinal victory over No. 3 Mepham. Ashley Massoni's two-run single in the top of the sixth inning capped a four-run frame to tie the score. MacArthur hosts Mepham in Game 3 of the semis at 4:30 p.m. May 17.
