Badlwin 12, Mineola 8: Kate Heuser hit a go-ahead three-run double in the sixth inning and struck out five batters in a complete game to lead Baldwin (2-1) in NassauIV. Baldwin trailed Mineola 5-0 in the bottom of the fifth when Jess Darcy hit a two-RBI double to cut the deficit to 5-4. Mineola bounced back with a three-run sixth inning to take an 8-4 lead. Jadyn Culbreath led off the inning with a solo home run and Dylan Reyer hit a two-RBI double to bring the score to 8-7.
