East Islip maintained the lead until Shoreham's Chris Gray scored his fifth goal to tie the score at 7 with six minutes remaining. Gray attempted to tie the score again with 15 seconds left but the shot bounced off goalie Anthony Palma, hit the post and bounced right out. Palma made 15 saves. Colby Rodgers won a few face offs late in the fourth to run the clock and preserve the win.
