HIGHLIGHTS
Smithtown East 17, Smithtown West 11: Brian Willetts and Dan Rooney each had four goals and an assist to lead No. 2 Smithtown East (17-1) over No. 6 Smithtown West in a Suffolk AA semifinal. "It was just a matter of us being able to play our game like we played all year," coach Jason Lambert said. "Regardless of who the opponent is you feel fortunate to be here." Smithtown East will play Ward Melville in the final at 5:30pm on Wednesday at Stony Brook. With the five points Willetts broke the program record with 311 points. Matt Hull, a 2007 graduate, had 310, according to Lambert.
