On a fast break, Weir lobbed a pass ahead to Flood, who curled into the crease, leaped for the catch and fired from point blank. The Blue Waves rallied from down 7-1 in the second quarter and Austin Fitzpatrick (three goals) put them ahead with 5:40 left in the fourth. Jake Satterly (four goals) tied it at 8 with 2:44 left in regulation for West Babylon. The teams remained scoreless through four overtimes. Riverhead's John Ehlers won 13 of 23 faceoffs, including all five the extra periods. Jacob Coleman made 11 saves in the win. Antonino Quintalino had 23 saves for West Babylon.
