Patchogue-Medford 26, North Babylon 13: Alexis Bulson-Cuozzo went 20-for-29 passing for 186 yards and four touchdowns as No. 2 Patchogue-Medford defeated No.10 North Babylon in the Suffolk Quarterfinals. Diamond Pertillar had seven catches for 78 yards and a touchdown. Pertillar also rushed for 40 yards on three carries and added an interception on defense. Tamiya Williams-Fraser had 10 flag pulls on defense and Paige McGowan had two sacks. Patchogue-Medford (8-0) will host the winner of No. 3 Sayville/ No. 6 Walt Whitman at 4 p.m. Monday in the semi-finals.
