Patchogue-Medford 34, Riverhead 13: Alexis Bulson-Cuozzo headed the offense, going 22-for-26 passing for 143 yards and three touchdowns as well as rushing for a 30-yard touchdown to lead Patchogue-Medford (8-0-2) over Riverhead Charter (0-5) in Suffolk II. Kelsey Hudson, Diamond Pertillar, and Angelina McGrath each had one interception with Hudson returning her interception for a 24-yard touchdown. Diamond Pertillar had four catches for 56 yards and two touchdowns for Patchogue-Medford.
