West Islip 6, East Islip 2: Meghan Farrell completed six passes for 75 yards and a touchdown and ran for 49 yards on six carries to lead No. 4 West Islip over No. 5 East Islip in the Suffolk Class B quarterfinals. Samantha LaBarca had a 15-yard touchdown reception. Evangeline Steck had a 30-yard reception. Brianna Tobia and Sophia Marker each had nine flag pulls. Alexa DosSantos had six flag pulls and Taylor Riley had five. Mia Cuozzo had three sacks and JadaLynn Santiago had one. Farrell, Tobia and DosSantos each had an interception. West Islip (14-3) will play at No. 1 Sayville in the semifinals at 5 p.m. Thursday. East Islip finished 11-6.
