Commack 18, West Islip 6: Sienna Olivares completed 18 of 33 passes for 129 yards and three touchdowns to lead No. 10 Commack over No. 7 West Islip in the first round of the Suffolk Class A playoffs. Madison Feldman and Valentina Castelli each had an interception and Morgan Valinotti had a team-high eight tackles. Commack (6-3-1) will face No. 2 North Babylon on Friday at 5:15 p.m. in the quarterfinals. Gabby La Donna threw a 20-yard touchdown pass to Meghan Farrell for West Islip, which finished 5-3-2.
