Silverio reached on a one-out double off the left field wall. Brady Doran went 3-for-4 for the Patriots, while Ethan Farino earned the win and Ryan Hymes picked up the save. Kevin Carricato finished 4-for-5 with two runs scored for Sachem East and Don Willie added a pair of doubles.
