Smithtown West 10, Copiague 3: Nick Esposito hit a two-run, two-out single, scoring Jimmy Klee and Christian Amoruso in the top of the seventh inning to put the Bulls up 5-3 and lead Smithtown West (8-6) in Suffolk III. Esposito went 2-for-4 with three RBIs and two runs scored. Sam Frank added a two-run single to extend the Smithtown West lead. With two outs in the top of the seventh inning, Smithtown West sent nine consecutive batters to the plate, scoring seven runs. Anthony Sadlowski hit a two-run double to knot the score at 3 in the bottom of the sixth inning for Copiague. Amoruso earned the win, pitching 2/3 of an inning (sixth inning), allowing one hit, striking out one.
