West Islip 10, Bellport 0: Anthony Cinquemani pitched a perfect game with six strikeouts to secure the win for West Islip (9-2) in Suffolk IV. He threw 72 times facing 21 batters. "Anthony is an efficient three-year starter," Coach Shawn Rush said. "He worked hard in the off-season and it's paying off." This is a first for Cinquemani and the third time a player has pitched a perfect game in Rush's 10-year term as coach. When asked if Cinquemani needed any motivation between the 6th and 7th inning, Rush replied with a laugh, "Anthony was perfect through six, so there was nothing to say. If it isn't broke, don't fix it." Jake Altieri, Christian Esperson, Tim Weber, Mike LaDonna and Nick Siano each had multiple hits in the win.
