Division 12, Carey 2: Jake Thomas went 3-for-3 with two RBIs and Jason Melgar was 2-for-2 with three stolen bases and two runs to lead No. 1 Division (18-3) over No. 2 Carey in second round of the Nassau playoffs. Hunter Traenkle went 2-for-3 with three RBIs and three runs and Robert Bradley struck out five over six innings in the win. Division hosts the winner of Carey/Hewlett on Saturday.
