"Usually he's a thrower not a pitcher," Half Hollow Hills East coach Tim Belz said on Hogan's no-hitter. "He just came out and fine-tuned himself and hit locations. He was able to get ahead and use his offspeed pitches for a strike. It was fun to watch."
