Island Trees 6, Valley Stream South 5: Charlie Eisele hit a walkoff infield single in the hole between shortstop and third base with two outs in the bottom of the seventh, leading Island Trees (9-9) in Nassau A-IV. Ryan Kelly (2-for-3 with an RBI and three runs scored) scored the winning run after reaching on a single and eventually stealing third base. Sophomore Andrew Ulrich pitched a complete game, striking out two. Island Trees clinched a playoff berth, according to coach Joe D'Auria.
