HIGHLIGHTS
Hicksville 7, Farmingdale 5: Anthony Gambino hit a two-run home run in the top of eighth inning to give Hicksville a 7-5 lead in its Nassau AA-I win. Matt Smith made a diving catch in right field and doubled up the runner at second to end the game. Smith went 4-for-4 with a run scored. Farmingdale scored two runs in the bottom of the seventh to tie the score at 5. Connor O'Keefe went 2-for-3 with an RBI, a run scored and a stolen base for the Comets. Nathan Cora pitched two innings in relief to earn the win.
