Commack 7, Patchogue-Medford 2: Johnny Pohlman pitched 6.2 innings and struck 11 to lead No. 2 Commack (21-3) over No. 14 Patchogue-Medford in Game 2 of the Suffolk Class AA semifinals. Commack will host No. 4 West Islip in Game 1 of the Class AA finals on Monday at Noon. Cole Sass had a two-run single with the bases loaded in the top of the sixth to give Commack a 4-0 lead.
