Wheatley vs Oyster Bay

Wheatley 8, Oyster Bay 5: Will Feil's one-out, RBI double in the top of the fourth inning broke a tie at 5 to lead No. 2 Wheatley (13-7) over No. 1 Oyster Bay in Game 1 of the Nassau B finals. Mike Cunney drove in Feil with an RBI single to give Wheatley a 7-5 advantage. Wheatley led 5-2 in the third following Matt Cristina's solo home run. Stephen McCleary went four innings to earn the win. James McPhillips allowed one hit over three shutout innings to earn the save. Game 2 will be tomorrow at Hofstra at 4:30 p.m.
