St. John the Baptist 4, St. Anthony's 1: John Hanley allowed four hits and one run over six innings to lead No. 3 St. John the Baptist (12-7) over No. 2 St. Anthony's in a CHSAA quarterfinal. Tom Force went 2-for-2 with two RBIs, and gave St. John the Baptist a 4-1 lead with an RBI single in the fifth inning. Matt Archer went 3-for-4 with three singles and a run scored. Will Shaw went 2-for-3 with a single, a triple, an RBI and a run. St. John the Baptist will face the winner of Chaminade/Kellenberg in the semifinals Thursday.
