HIGHLIGHTS
Wantagh 6, Division 2: Jimmy Joyce had seven strikeouts in a complete game and pitched 6 and 2/3 no-hit innings as No. 9 Wantagh (18-4) defeated No. 11 Division in Game 1 of the Nassau A semifinals. Joyce allowed two hits and two runs. Anthony Fontana went 3-for-4 with a home run, two RBIs and two runs scored. Fontana's two-run home run in the bottom of the sixth inning gave Wantagh a 6-0 lead. Division will host Game 2 tomorrow at 4:30 p.m.
