St. John the Baptist 7, St. Dominic 1: John Hanley pitched 6 2/3 inning with five hits, five strikeouts and one earned run to lead No. 3 St. John the Baptist over No. 6 St. Dominic in the first round of the CHSAA playoffs. Tom Force was 2-for-3 with two doubles and two RBIs. Will Shaw was 1-for-3 with two RBIs. St. John will face No. 2 St. Anthony's on Monday.
