Bayport - Blue Point 8, Sayville 6: Rob Ray's two-out grand slam in the top of the sixth completed a five-run comeback and gave No. 7 Bayport- Blue Point an 8-5 lead over No. 2 Sayville in the first round of the Suffolk Class A playoffs. Francesco Geraci went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run. Josh Monturo got out of a one-on, no out jam with a double play and a strikeout in the bottom of the seventh to earn his second save of the season. Bayport - Blue Point (12-9) will face No. 3 Rocky Point 4pm Wednesday at Rocky Point in the second round.
