Commack vs Kings Park

Commack 8, Kings Park 6: Tim McHugh went 1-for-1 with a home run, a sacrifice fly and a walk to lift No. 2 Commack (17-3) past No. 15 Kings Park in the first round of the Suffolk AA playoffs. McHugh's two-run home run in the third inning gave Commack a 7-0 lead. Peter Theodorellis pitched six innings to earn the win. Brian Morrisey picked up the save after entering the seventh with the bases loaded and no outs. Commack will host Hauppauge in the quarterfinals Wednesday at 4 p.m.
