James Sherry pitched a complete game four-hitter with seven strikeouts and two walks, to earn the win for No. 2 Pierson/Bridgehampton over previously unbeaten No. 1 Southold. Matt Burke and Tyler LaBorne had consecutive RBI singles in the sixth to extend the lead to three. Southold will host Game 3 Thursday at 4 p.m.
