Lynbrook 5, Valley Stream South 3: Dom Sinopoli hit a two RBI single in the seventh scoring in Nick Tuzzio, Paul Scibelli and Tom Sullivan after a left-fielder error to gain the lead and the win for Lynbrook (11-3) in Nassau A-IV. Lynbrook was down 3-1 heading into the seventh. Scibelli pitched a complete-game and had no hits up until the bottom of the seventh when South's Nick Hernandez stepped up to the plate with two outs. South scored three runs in the first inning off walks and errors. With the win, Lynbrook clinches the Nassau IV conference championship, according to Coach Al Marrazzo.
