North Babylon 5, West Islip 4: Evan Christopher had an RBI infield single to score Nick Burke from third base and give North Babylon the walk-off 5-4 win over first-place West Islip. The Lions led 3-0 after four innings. Kyle O'Neill tripled home Tommy Parson and Joe Valentino drove in O'Neill with a two-out single for a 2-0 third inning lead. Joe Palmieri singled, moved to second on a sacrifice bunt and scored after two wild pitches for the 3-0 lead. Paul Tchinnis lined a two-out, two-run single to center field to make it 3-2 in the fifth. West islip extended the lead to 4-2 in the seventh when Anthony Ippolito doubled and scored on an O'Neill single for the 4-2 lead. Tchinnis came through again for the Bulldogs. He drilled another two-out two-run single to right field to tie it at 4 in the bottom of the seventh. West Islip starter Kyle O'Neill carried a no-hitter through four innings. He scattered four hits and struck out nine in a no decision.
