Wheatley 3, East Rockaway 1: Stephen McCleary pitched five innings and scattered five hits and struck out four for Wheatley (4-2) in Nassau BC. Pinch hitter Zach Calabrese's two-out double scored Matt Baltzer for an insurance run and closed the scoring in the top of the seventh inning for the Wildcats. James McPhillips earned his third save of the season and allowed no runs and no hits in two innings of relief.
