Farmingdale vs Freeport

Farmingdale 5, Freeport 3: James DiSanti's two-run single in the top of the seventh broke a tie at 3 to lead Farmingdale in its Nassau AA-I opener. DiSanti went 2-for-3 with four RBIs and a walk. Anthony Burriesci retired all five batters he faced in relief for the win and Justin Rosner picked up the save with a nine pitch bottom of the seventh.
