Mt. Sinai 8, Rocky Point 7: Sam Kessler's bases loaded walk in the top of the fifth gave No. 6 Mt. Sinai (17-7) an 8-7 lead over No. 5 Rocky Point in Game 1 of the Suffolk Class A finals. Will Esposito singled home Jake Golino earlier in the inning to tie the game at 7-7. Cole Harkins pitched three innings in relief and allowed just two hits. Mt. Sinai will host Rocky Point in Game 2 at 4 p.m. Thursday.
