Bellmore JFK 3, Seaford 2: Tyler Griffith's RBI double in the seventh scored Greg Goller for the go-ahead run and lifted No. 11 Bellmore JFK over No. 3 Seaford in the second round of the Nassau Class A playoffs. Frank Bruno went 2-for-3 with a two-run shot that gave Bellmore JFK a 2-0 lead in the third inning. Jason Coules threw three scoreless innings in relief to earn the win. Bellmore JFK (13-6-1) will play its third round game on Thursday.
