HIGHLIGHTS
Northport 5, Commack 4: Jake McCarthy hit a one-out double in the bottom of the 14th inning to score Frank Stola for Northport (9-4) in a non-league game. Reliever Matt Kikel entered the game in the seventh inning and tossed eight shutout innings with six strikeouts for the win. Northport led 3-0, but Commack rallied with a four-run sixth to take a 4-3 lead. McCarthy scored the tying run in the bottom-half of the inning.
