Comsewogue 3, Bayport-Blue Point 2: Dan Colasanto's RBI single to left field scored John Braun to give second-seeded Comsewogue (18-3) a walk-off win over third-seeded Bayport-Blue Point (18-4) in the bottom of the eighth in Game 1 of the Suffolk Class A semifinals. Rob Dattoma's sacrifice fly plated Colasanto and Dave Nodeland in the fourth to tie the score at two. Colasanto pitched eight innings, allowing an earned run on nine hits, and striking out six for the victory. Bayport-Blue Point hosts Comsewogue in Game 2 of the best-of-three series at noon Saturday.
