Tom Logan's two-out, RBI single scored Ciullo, which tied the score at one in the sixth. Kyle Supran's sacrifice fly in the third gave Plainview JFK a 1-0 lead. Dan Egan pitched eight innings, allowing an earned run on four hits, striking out 13 and walking three for the victory. Brian Maloney pitched four innings in relief, allowing two earned runs on seven hits, striking out two and walking one in defeat.
