Hewlett 3, Great Neck North 2: Mike Agurkis, who went 2-for-3, singled in Chris Rodriguez to give Hewlett a 3-0 lead in the fifth inning. Rodriguez went 2-for-3 with two runs and two stolen bases, and freshman Matt Kim threw a six-hitter with two earned runs and six strikeouts in his first varsity start. Hewlett is 4-8-1 in Conference A-2.
