HIGHLIGHTS
Oceanside 5, Freeport 4: Chris Macca's RBI double scored Brian DiDominica to give Oceanside (2-0) a 5-1 lead in the top of the sixth during its Conference AA-II and AA-I crossover win. Mike Siklas' RBI single, scoring Kyle Martin, gave the Sailors a 4-1 lead in their two-run sixth. Macca went 1-for-3 with two RBIs. Kyle Martin pitched six innings, allowing nine hits and two walks, striking out 11 for the victory. Sophomore lefthander Max Jennings pitched a scoreless seventh for the save.
