Mineola 9, Valley Stream South 8: Steven DePalma's sacrifice fly capped a four-run seventh inning that led Mineola in Conference A-IV. Nick Brown scored the tying run on a Mike Conte triple after Matt Kosowski hit a two-run homer to bring Mineola to within 8-7. Brown closed out the game on the mound with a 1-2-3 bottom of the seventh.
