Division 7, Seaford 4: James Varela hit a game-winning single in the sixth to drive in Joe Piscitelli, putting his team up 6-4, to lead No. 1 Division (21-2) over No. 13 Seaford in the Nassau Class A semifinals. Piscitelli went 2-for-2 with one RBI and one run. Joe Spitalleri went 2-for-3 with one run. Anthony Papa pitched a complete game, giving up one earned run and struck out five. Division will play at Seaford tomorrow in the second of a best of three series at 4:45PM.
