West Islip 5, Kings Park 1: Nick Arnold allowed one run on five hits with three strikeouts and a walk in his complete game win for No. 8 West Islip (18-4) over No. 4 Kings Park in the Suffolk Class AA winner's bracket semifinals. Matt Klein was 4-for-4 with four singles, two runs and a stolen base. Brent Baynon and Sal Vittorio each had sacrifice flies in the Lions' three-run top of the third inning to give West Islip a 3-1 lead. West Islip will take on the winner of No. 3 Ward Melville/No. 2 Half Hollow Hills West in the winner's bracket final Wednesday.
