HIGHLIGHTS
East Islip 2, Patchogue-Medford 1: Tyler Clehane's two-run double in the top of the fourth inning gave No. 13 East Islip (16-7) a 2-0 lead en route to its one-run win in a Suffolk Class AA elimination second round game. Sophomore righthander Anthony Visconte allowed five hits and an unearned run, striking out four and walking one for the victory. The Redmen will play at the winner of No. 9 Commack/No. 10 Connetquot in the quarterfinals Monday.
