Half Hollow Hills West 1, North Babylon 0: Owen McMenamy hit the game-winning two-out double in the bottom of the sixth to drive in pinch-runner Justin Ye to lead No. 2 Half Hollow Hills West (18-3) over No. 15 North Babylon in the first round of the Suffolk Class AA playoffs. Jon Faraci pitched six innings with one hit and struck out five. Aaron Glickstein came in for the save and he struck out two. North Babylon's Von Ohlen pitched six innings and struck out seven. Hills West will play either No. 7 Longwood or No. 10 Connetquot in the second round on Wednesday at 4PM at home.
