MacArthur 3, Plainview JFK 1: Carmine Criscione struck out six while allowing one run and three hits in 6 2/3 innings as MacArthur (12-3) captured the AA-II regular season championship. It's the Generals 17th regular season title in the last 21 years, according to coach Steve Costello. Plainview JFK fell to 11-4. Ryan Cunningham went 2-for-3 with two RBIs. Rob Andreoli struck out the final batter with the tying runs on base to earn the save.
