Heidenfelder was an out away from a no-hitter and his 18 strikeouts tied a school record, according to MacArthur coach Steve Costello. Brandon Kustek's second-inning RBI single drove in Kevin Curtis and put MacArthur up 1-0. Kustek made it 2-0 with a sacrifice fly in the fourth inning.
