Eastport-South Manor 4, East Islip 3: Brady McGowan hit a walk-off double in the bottom of the 13th inning to score CJ Spatz and win the game for No. 1 Eastport-South Manor against No. 5 East Islip in the Suffolk Class AA playoffs. Down one in the bottom of the seventh, Thomas Gargiulo's two-out double scored McGowan to tie the game, 3-3. Brennan Morrison earned the win in relief, allowing four hits over 6 1/3 innings. Memphis Lanier struck out five over 6 2/3 innings and homered in the fourth. East Islip (14-7) will travel to No. 2 Smithtown East at 10 a.m. Monday. Eastport-South Manor (21-1) hosts No. 3 West Islip at 10 a.m. Monday.
