Herricks 4, Baldwin 3: With the bases loaded in the bottom of the seventh inning, Charlie Schmidt hit a single up the middle through a drawn-in infield for a walk-off win to lead Herricks (11-1-1) in Nassau AAA-II. Schmidt was 1-2 with the RBI single, walk and HBP. Argas Abdelrahman got the win in relief, pitching three innings, giving up one run and striking out four batters. Dayvein DeVargas hit a home run for Baldwin (6-10-1) to take a 3-2 lead in the top of the sixth inning. Schmidt also scored the game-tying run in the bottom of the sixth, moving to third on a one-out bunt by AJ Abraham and scoring on an infield single by Logan Aulicino with two outs.
